Assignment:
The Technical Information Specialist is responsible for creating diagnostic related service information that enables
workshops to quickly and accurately troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair vehicles. The information must be clear,
standardized, and integrated into our diagnostic tool SWS.
Example of deliveries:
• Fault code texts
• (Step-by-step) Guides for diagnostics and calibration
• Component information
• UI texts
• Technical illustrations
• Function Descriptions
Internal tools that are used;
• OAS
• Catalyst
• SWS
• PT (Production Tool)
• Gitlab
Requirements:
• Background within technical communication or technical writing.
• Information Technology or related technical fields.
• Technical basic skills are required as well as an interest in vehicles.
• AI knowledge (within technical writing) is meriting.
• UX/Front-end development skills is meriting
