**Assignment:**
The Technical Information Specialist is responsible for creating diagnostic-related service information that enables workshops to quickly and accurately troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair vehicles. The information must be clear, standardized, and integrated into our diagnostic tool SWS.

- Fault code texts
- (Step-by-step) Guides for diagnostics and calibration
- Component information
- UI texts
- Technical illustrations
- Function Descriptions
**Internal Tools Used:**
- OAS
- Catalyst
- SWS
- PT (Production Tool)
- Gitlab
**Requirements:**
- Background in technical communication or technical writing.
- Information Technology or related technical fields.
- Basic technical skills are required, along with an interest in vehicles.
- Knowledge of AI (within technical writing) is advantageous.
- UX/Front-end development skills are a plus.
