Customer Service at Gavlegårdarna consists of 16 customer service representatives who engage with tenants and housing seekers through reception, phone, and chat. Your Responsibilities
Are you someone who loves meeting people and creating positive experiences? Then we have the role for you! At Gavlegårdarna, you will be an essential part of the customer journey – ensuring that our tenants and housing seekers feel welcome, heard, and secure.
As a customer service representative, you are the hub of our customer service. You will staff the reception, answer phone calls and chats, and handle inquiries with care and professionalism. Your task is to provide the right service at the right time – always with a personal and solution-oriented approach.
Your responsibilities include:
• Answering questions about rentals and housing applications
• Receiving and following up on inquiries from tenants and stakeholders
• Handling maintenance requests and providing status updates
• Managing key and access card distribution
• Administering payments, additional services, and maintenance orders
• Drafting agreements for parking spaces and storage units
• Managing terminations of housing, parking spaces, and storage units
The assignment starts in early January 2026 and lasts throughout the year, with the possibility of extension. All work is conducted on-site, and you will work daytime hours on weekdays.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in customer service who thrives in an environment where the customer is always at the center. You are communicative, attentive, and capable of showing empathy, whether the interaction occurs in the reception, via phone, or chat. Your personality is characterized by simplicity, joy, and commitment, and you have a good ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing.
To succeed in this role, you are positive, responsible, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team. You have a high school diploma or equivalent experience that we consider comparable, as well as a valid driver's license (B) and good computer skills. Experience in the housing industry is a plus but not a requirement.
