The Operations Development area consists of approximately 80 employees, primarily focused on maintaining, enhancing, and ensuring the competence supply of the healthcare sector's development capacity from an operational perspective. This area is divided into two units: the Unit for Improvement and Innovation and the Unit for Health and Care Development.

Job Description
As a Development Leader, you will:
Lead, drive, and support development and improvement work within healthcare, both at the operational level and in regional assignments.
Support and coach managers and leaders on development issues.
Contribute to knowledge development in improvement work, patient safety, and nursing.
Work with planning, follow-up, and coordination, as well as conducting surveys and analyses.
Workgroup
You will be part of a team of Development Leaders at one of the healthcare centers, led by a Development Manager. You will have an organizational affiliation with the Unit for Improvement and Innovation or the Unit for Health and Care Development. We collaborate on similar assignments throughout the region and hold regular meetings for support, cooperation, and experience sharing.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
A relevant academic degree or equivalent. Experience in healthcare work and an understanding of healthcare organization is advantageous.
Experience in operational development within private or public sectors. Experience in nursing issues is a plus.
Experience in project management, innovation management, risk analysis, patient safety, and training in improvement knowledge is desirable.
