Urmakarskolan in Motala offers a unique watchmaking education over three years with both Swedish and international students. This school is a sister company to TUC Yrkeshögskola, one of the largest players in the vocational education sector today. At Urmakarskolan, you will be part of a small team of four, where your colleagues work as teachers in the organization. As an Education Coordinator, you will be the hub of the network and provide administrative support to the operations. This includes responsibility for administrative tasks and supporting our students. You will introduce, provide service, and offer technical support to our students, as well as lead class meetings and social study activities. Other tasks included in the position are scheduling, grading and result reporting, material ordering, invoice management, preparation for external meetings, and taking minutes at the school's management group meetings. Another important aspect of the role is collaborating with our teachers, who have primary responsibility for instruction, to ensure that the overall experience is as good as possible for all our students and to maintain a positive working environment in our educational facilities. As an Education Coordinator, you will work in several digital systems, primarily web-based operational systems, but also in office programs. The position is a permanent part-time role at 50%, starting in January. We prefer that you can distribute your working hours to work 4 hours each day. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is administratively skilled and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Perhaps you have previously worked in a service role where you also had administrative responsibilities? Regardless of your background, you enjoy taking responsibility and see yourself as a problem-solver and a "doer." You exude confidence and can easily adapt your communication to different groups or individuals. You are unpretentious in your approach, engaged, and eager to learn new things. To thrive in this role, we believe you have the ability to find structure and be self-driven in your daily work, as your manager is located in Linköping. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are comfortable communicating in both languages as you will use them regularly.
