• Collaborate with the project manager to evaluate 3-4 supplier offers based on technical, commercial, and contractual criteria.
• Support the project manager with evaluation documentation, comparison tables, and recommendations to management/steering committee.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with selected suppliers to ensure the best possible price, scope, and quality.
• Collaborate internally with process, technical, legal, and financial departments to ensure approved documentation and decisions.
• Prepare, review, and finalize agreements according to company standards and applicable contract frameworks (e.g., Orgalime, FIDIC).
• Ensure clear and continuous communication and good documentation throughout the procurement process.
Qualifications and Experience
• Documented experience as a CAPEX Procurement Specialist, Procurement Manager, or Sourcing Specialist in energy, process, or industrial projects.
• Good technical understanding of mechanical equipment, preferably ventilation systems or rotating machinery.
