About this role

We are seeking this position on behalf of one of our clients. Are you technically skilled, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in IT and customer service? We are now seeking a Full-Time Technical Support Specialist in Helsingborg, a role for those who want to combine technology with high-level communication and problem-solving. About the Role As a technical support specialist, you are a key person in the company's IT environment and serve as the first point of contact for users needing help with technical issues. You will handle both simpler and more advanced cases, which requires good technical understanding, structure, and service ability. You will work closely with other IT specialists and system managers to ensure that the organization's systems, networks, and applications function optimally. Work Tasks • Troubleshooting and support of hardware, software, and networks • Case management via phone, email, and ticketing systems • Installation and configuration of computers, programs, and user accounts • Documentation of solutions and procedures • Escalation of more complex cases to other IT functions • Contribute to the development of internal processes and improved support quality We Are Looking for Someone Who • Has post-secondary education in IT, technology, or systems science • Has at least 2-3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or similar role • Has good knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, networks, and troubleshooting • Communicates clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English • Is solution-oriented, structured, and thrives in a service-focused role Meritorious: • Experience with Active Directory, ITIL processes, or ticketing systems • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, Intune, or similar) • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) We Offer • A full-time position in a technology-driven company with modern working methods • Development opportunities in IT support, system management, or networking • Secure terms with collective agreement and benefits • Flexible work, hybrid solution can be discussed • A competent team where you can take responsibility, develop, and contribute to improvement About the Position • Location: Helsingborg • Scope: Full-time • Employment Type: Permanent with probationary period • Start: According to agreement
