What will you do as a support technician?
You will work in a fun and stimulating work environment with varying tasks and become part of a close-knit team. Your task will be to deliver world-class service for user support.
You will primarily work with user support, mainly Microsoft 365 and our customers' IT environments, but on-site technical work with customers is also common. Most cases will be handled via phone, email, and chat.
You will be part of a national yet familiar organization and will work closely with colleagues in Härnösand.
You will make a difference in our customers' daily lives – Is there anything better than the feeling of having helped a customer with a tricky problem?
You are most likely:
• Service-oriented and good at communicating and collaborating.
• Experienced in handling multiple incidents in parallel.
• A person who enjoys being in contexts where you help/provide feedback/give advice and can explain technical solutions in a pedagogical way.
• Someone who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility for your own development and drive your work forward independently.
