Job Responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative, you will handle outgoing calls to customers and assist them with questions regarding the digitalization of payment methods. You will create added value by providing more efficient solutions for customers and also contribute to the client’s digital development by guiding customers through digital flows.

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Provide support in the use of digital services
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through a solution-focused approach
• Participate in team development and internal improvement initiatives
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• The ability to quickly grasp new information and apply it in practice
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
• Previous experience in customer service, especially via phone
• Experience in the insurance industry
