Job Responsibilities In the role of customer service representative, you will handle outgoing calls to customers and assist them with questions regarding the digitalization of payment methods. You will create added value by providing more efficient solutions for customers and also contribute to the client’s digital development by guiding customers through digital flows. Examples of tasks: • Make outbound calls to customers • Provide support in the use of digital services • Contribute to customer satisfaction through a solution-focused approach • Participate in team development and internal improvement initiatives Qualifications We are looking for someone who is studying, service-oriented, has a strong drive, and enjoys working towards clear goals. You are solution-oriented and see challenges as opportunities, with a positive attitude towards both change and development. You are a quick learner and absorb new information rapidly, while also being curious and having a natural desire to understand how things work and how they can be improved. To succeed in this role, you have: • Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite • The ability to quickly grasp new information and apply it in practice • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: • Previous experience in customer service, especially via phone • Experience in the insurance industry Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities and your attitude towards learning and change. Other Information Start Date: Week 50 Scope: Part-time 25% Salary: Individual salary setting (Collective Agreement Unionen) This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by KFX and work at the client’s location.
