Are you a social and solution-oriented person with a passion for customer service and cars? We are looking for someone to work in a central role where you will create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the workshop and the first point of contact for customers—before, during, and after their visit. You play a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring the workshop operates smoothly on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Scheduling customer appointments for workshop visits via phone and email
• Receiving and handing over vehicles
• Managing payments and documentation
• Guiding customers on technical questions in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Working within the workshop's systems as well as via phone and email
You will be an important part of a dedicated team where quality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork are at the forefront.
Qualifications
• Background in the service sector with documented work experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor/Customer Receptionist.
• Alternatively, you may have worked in another service-oriented profession and are convinced this is your dream job.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid B driver's license is required.
• Experience with any of the automotive industry’s computer systems such as Kobra, Automaster, Elsa, Tacdis, or Winassist is highly desirable.
• A strong interest in cars is considered a plus.
Personal Attributes
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have a structured and efficient work approach while being flexible and adaptable to change. You are accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus, and you enjoy a fast-paced environment.
You have a genuine interest in people and are passionate about delivering top-notch service—exceeding customer expectations is a given for you.
As a person, you are positive, social, and collaborative. You radiate energy and contribute to a pleasant and solution-oriented work environment. When faced with challenges, you see opportunities rather than problems, and you quickly find ways forward that make a difference for both customers and colleagues.
You are attentive, communicative, and have a natural ability to build good relationships. Regardless of who you meet, you engage each customer with commitment, respect, and genuine interest.
In this recruitment, significant emphasis will be placed on your personality and your ability to contribute to a positive team climate.
Application and Start Date
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 7 AM - 4 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you on your journey to a successful career. There are significant opportunities for direct recruitment to the client company.
