About the Position
We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented administrator for a long-term assignment with one of Umeå's larger employers.
The position is a full-time hire through OnePartnerGroup, starting December 15th. You will become an important part of the administrative team in Umeå, where structure, collaboration, and commitment are in focus.

Location: Umeå
As an administrator, you will primarily be responsible for the company's main switchboard while also supporting the daily operations at the office in central Umeå. The role is broad and varied, and you will interact with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
Above all, you enjoy meeting people and providing excellent service, making everyone feel appreciated and seen.
Typical Work Tasks:
• Handling switchboard telephone and visitor contact
• Posting incoming invoices and basic financial administration
• Receiving and sending goods deliveries to and from the office
• Booking and administration of business travel
• Register management and documentation in internal systems
• Supporting managers and employees with administrative matters
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who has:
• High school education, preferably with administrative or economic focus
• Several years of administrative work experience, preferably with switchboard function
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with financial systems or invoice handling is meritorious

• Service-oriented and communicative – you enjoy providing support and creating good contact with others
• Flexible and responsible – you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and take own initiatives
• Collaborative – you contribute to a positive and helpful team spirit in an unpretentious manner
