Our client is a municipal-owned organization responsible for the collection and management of household waste. The organization encompasses the collection and processing of recyclable materials, fuel, and waste, as well as landfill operations. The client has approximately 270 employees and receives around 200,000 tons of waste each year, collecting waste from over 150,000 households and serving several thousand business and organizational customers – ranging from small and large companies to housing cooperatives, preschools, and organizations. Our client operates one of the country's largest recycling facilities as well as several recycling centers for households. Currently, our client is undergoing a significant transformation related to property-based collection, which means the organization needs to strengthen the team with customer advisors who can fully focus on handling customer inquiries. Your role as a customer advisor As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for our private customers. You handle incoming questions and cases via phone and email, primarily concerning waste management, subscriptions, invoices, and orders. The role involves working in various systems, retrieving information, and providing quick, solution-oriented service. You are flexible and can re-prioritize when the situation demands it. Your profile We are looking for someone who is self-driven and takes significant personal responsibility, while also being a team player who contributes to good collaboration. You are flexible and comfortable with re-prioritizing when necessary, and you have clear and service-oriented communication in customer conversations. Your ability to professionally engage with each customer and find effective solutions is a crucial part of the role.
