Our IT department plays a central role in modernizing the authority's working methods, technology, and services. The Transformation Office is a shared function that coordinates governance, prioritization, and implementation of strategic initiatives. Here, we work to ensure that our investments contribute to increased societal benefit, efficiency, and a modern authority. We are now looking for a Senior Transformation Leader! You should be an experienced program or project manager who wants to drive our most significant change initiatives and support both the IT and operational sides in how we lead and implement change. Job Description As a Senior Transformation Leader, you will play a key role in the authority's digital transition. You will lead larger programs and complex initiatives that span multiple operational areas and technical platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and coordinating major transformations from start to finish, with a clear focus on benefits, quality, and sustainable change. - Supporting the operational and IT organization in establishing and applying common working methods for project and program management. - Driving structure and transparency in planning, dependency management, and follow-up, in close collaboration with portfolio management and architecture. - Contributing to the development of the Transformation Office's governance model and methods, including decision forums, reporting, and follow-up processes. - Acting as a mentor and advisor to other project and program managers within the authority. You will work closely with architects, portfolio managers, and operational leaders to ensure that our initiatives deliver on the authority's strategic goals. Our Offer The position is a permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is located in Solna. The position may become security classified. Basic Requirements for the Position - Several years of experience leading larger programs and projects in complex organizations - Experience with both IT-related development initiatives and operational change - Deep understanding of established methods and frameworks for project and program management (e.g., PPS, MSP, Prince2, PM3, SAFe, or equivalent) - Ability to communicate clearly and create engagement at all levels - Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Additional Qualifications for the Position - Documented ability to manage dependencies, risks, and governance at the portfolio level - Experience in the public sector or other regulated activities - Experience in change management, benefits realization, or portfolio management - Understanding of architecture and governance models in larger IT environments The government’s core values guide us in our daily work.
