Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead foundational research and service design initiatives to map existing supply chain decision journeys and identify key user pain points.
• Conduct contextual interviews and qualitative studies across logistics domains to uncover user needs and behaviors.
• Synthesize findings into personas, jobs-to-be-done, and actionable journey maps to guide future product direction.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state experiences and align teams on priorities and opportunities.
• Translate complexity into clarity through visualization, storytelling, and clear communication of insights.
• Produce opportunity clusters, “How might we…” statements, and a future vision for the digital Control Tower experience.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and UX designers to ensure research insights directly inform design and development activities.
What you bring:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in service design, design research, or experience strategy within complex or data-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in qualitative research methods including contextual inquiry, ethnographic research, and journey mapping.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and visualize complexity through service blueprints, personas, and user journeys.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with UX metrics, data visualization, and tailoring insights for diverse audiences, including leadership.
• Experience within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise settings and manage multiple stakeholder groups effectively.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
