Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead the delivery of operational intelligence services, ensuring high-quality service performance and continuous improvement.
• Own the service delivery scope, including log ingestion, implementation, and dashboard development.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, capacity planning, availability, and performance targets.
• Manage the service backlog, including release/change planning, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable, measurable, and technically feasible use cases.
• Oversee incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Lead continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and observability teams to align service delivery with organizational goals.
What you bring:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Delivery or Service Management roles (e.g., Service Delivery Manager, Service Owner), ideally within cybersecurity, SIEM, or observability domains.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Continuous Service Improvement; ITIL certification is advantageous.
• Broad technical foundation across:
• Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and authentication protocols (SAML/OIDC).
• Cloud logging and monitoring in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting and automation using Python or Bash.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver consistent service outcomes.
• Degree in Information Technology, Security, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Splunk Core Certified Power User/Admin/Architect, Security+, CISM, or CISSP are considered strong assets.
• Strong customer focus, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
