**Assignment Description:**
We are looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
**What you will work on:**
- Lead a strategic project to ensure full compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Interpret legislative requirements and translate them into clear, actionable processes and system solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, and data analytics teams.
- Oversee the development of data structures, reporting models, and transparency mechanisms aligned with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication within a large organizational environment.
- Ensure a holistic, compliant, and sustainable end-to-end solution that supports long-term HR and business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, decision forums, and alignment meetings across multiple business units.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts related to new pay transparency processes and tools.
**What you bring:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with strong results in HR-driven or compliance-related projects.
- Solid understanding of Compensation & Benefits and relevant frameworks connected to the Pay Transparency Act.
- Proven experience leading complex projects within large organizations or matrix environments.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical workflows, data models, and system requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
