Business Developer for Joint Development in the Insurance Development and Survivor Benefits Department Are you interested in connecting case management with our IT deliveries? As a business developer within the Joint Insurance Development unit, you will work in one of the following areas: survivor benefits, NextGen, LEFI, proof of life, and disbursement. You will be part of a business development team and work closely with product management and development teams, with tasks including: - Driving business and service development within the specific area - Requirement specification and contribution to feature writing/formulation - Conducting requirement reviews and acceptance testing - Writing business impact analyses - Informing the organization about new functionality before deployment - Prioritizing and managing incidents Your Profile To thrive in this role, we seek someone who is structured, takes initiative, demonstrates significant personal responsibility, and drives work forward. We are looking for candidates who have: - Relevant academic education or equivalent experience assessed by the employer - At least three years of experience in processing Pension Agency benefits or customer service - Experience as a business developer or similar role with extensive knowledge in one of the following areas: - Survivor benefits - NextGen - LEFI, proof of life, and disbursement As the holistic perspective is important, knowledge and ability to see connections and impact on other benefits is meritorious. The position is located in one of our eight locations: Växjö, Halmstad, Karlstad, Luleå, Visby, Gävle, Söderhamn, or Stockholm. As the agency operates across eight office locations, digital meetings and travel will be part of the job. The position may be placed in a security class.
