About the assignment As an HR specialist in recruitment, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from initiation to selection, interviews, and decision-making. You will work closely with our managers and be their partner throughout the process. Together, you will ensure an accurate, inclusive, and fair recruitment process with a positive candidate experience. You will recruit for a wide range of roles within the agency, providing you with great variety and the opportunity for continuous development. The role also includes contributing to improving and simplifying our working methods, processes, and digital tools in the area. You will be part of a team of recruitment specialists and will also work closely with colleagues in other HR areas. Together, we support the organization’s managers and contribute to a work environment characterized by trust, collaboration, and development. About you To thrive in this role, we see that you take responsibility, are proactive, self-driven, and confident in your professional role, with the ability to manage recruitment assignments from start to finish. You will have many contacts, both internally and externally, so it is important that you can communicate easily, build relationships, and collaborate effectively. A lot is happening with us, and we appreciate an interest in developments in the field, as well as contributions of new perspectives and ideas to the team. You are structured and can prioritize effectively even during high-pressure periods. We are looking for someone who has: • An academic degree in HR or another relevant education combined with experience that we consider equivalent • Several years of current experience in independently managing all parts of the recruitment process • Experience recruiting for various positions/competencies • Experience recruiting for complex roles, such as managerial or specialist positions • Experience in competency-based recruitment throughout the process • Experience leading structured, competency-based interviews and making collective assessments • Strong ability to adopt and utilize digital tools • Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: • Experience recruiting for a government agency • Good current knowledge of public employment law • Experience in search and hard-to-fill profiles Good to know The employment is a permanent position and begins with a six-month probationary period. Your workplace is at Västerbroplan in Stockholm, but you have the option to work remotely up to two days a week when the organization allows. In spring 2027, the agency will move to newly renovated premises in Solna Strand. Your job title will be HR specialist, and your placement will be in the Department for Business Development Support and Service, HR unit.
