About the assignment We are seeking a registrar for our client in Bjuv for an assignment that starts immediately and lasts for approximately 6 months. The position is full-time (100%), and you will work at the client's office in central Bjuv. There is an opportunity for remote work once a week in consultation with the client. Your responsibilities As a registrar, you will play a central role in the client's information management. You will be responsible for registering, organizing, and making public documents accessible in accordance with applicable legislation. You are an important part of the democratic process and serve as a support to employees, managers, and the public. In your role as a registrar, you will ensure that the client has a functioning structure and process for information management. Your duties will also include conducting training and providing system support to the client’s operations in the relevant system. As a registrar, you will closely collaborate with managers, secretaries, legal/data protection officers, and archivists. Additionally, you are expected to contribute to quality assurance and the development of the case process, which includes participating in joint network meetings and forums for the system. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for purchasing and procurement. Your qualifications - Relevant higher education, for example in political science, or relevant secondary education combined with work experience from similar tasks that can be assessed as equivalent. - Good knowledge of the laws and regulations governing municipal operations, such as the Local Government Act, the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act. - Experience in administrative work is considered a given. - You are comfortable and proficient in using systems and digital tools. As a person, we see you as independent and meticulous in your work. You have a knack for seeing connections and are confident in prioritizing the right issues. You also feel a strong sense of responsibility for your assignments, their execution, and outcomes. A prerequisite for succeeding in this role is having a structured working method and the ability to manage multiple parallel processes simultaneously. You see opportunities and solutions and can adapt your approach to constantly changing conditions. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Meritorious - Knowledge of GDPR, the Archives Act, and information security. - Experience working in a politically governed organization and in regulatory activities. - Previous experience as a registrar/secretary in a committee or board is an advantage.
