We are looking for an engaged HR Specialist for our client, a growing company in the construction and concrete industry with approximately 200 employees and strong growth. This position is a permanent full-time role.
Responsibilities:
As an HR Specialist, you will work broadly with HR-related issues, where recruitment and onboarding of new employees are central to your tasks. You will be responsible for managing employment matters as well as questions related to labor law and collective agreements, ensuring that the company’s processes comply with applicable laws and agreements.
Additionally, you will handle documentation and administration within the HR area, which requires attention to detail and structure. You will also serve as a contact person for issues related to workplace environment and health, contributing to creating a safe and sustainable workplace. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the HR team at the headquarters in Helsinki and project managers on-site, making you an important link between different parts of the organization and helping to drive HR efforts forward effectively.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in HR work, preferably within the construction or similar industry.
• Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
• Fluent in English and Polish is required, Swedish is an advantage, and Russian and Ukrainian are a plus.
• B driver's license.
• Experience in team planning and recruitment.
• Ambitious and development-oriented.
