About this role
As Marketing Manager for Ratings & Reviews, you will lead the transformation and continuous improvement of how consumer feedback and user-generated content (UGC) is collected, displayed, and leveraged across Electrolux’s digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving governance and performance across local markets, ensuring that review collection meets strategic targets while expanding the reach and impact of UGC across brand sites and external channels. Your work will directly influence consumer trust, product development, and marketing effectiveness, making you a key enabler of conversion and engagement throughout the consumer journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead recurring governance forums to monitor review collection and performance across key markets in Europe, ensuring alignment with annual targets and strategic priorities, in close collaboration with the central Trade Operations team.
• Drive efficiency in local market operations by optimizing review collection mechanisms, including email marketing, sampling, cashback campaigns, and extended warranty platforms.
• In collaboration with central legal counsel, update review guidelines, terms for image display, and internal education materials to support impactful UGC practices.
• Enhance review display modules on brand site product pages, including the application of verified badges and sentiment analysis integration, to improve consumer trust and conversion.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the D2C Conversion team and Digital Commerce Product Owners for the display of visual UGC features and integration of social media content into product pages.
• Expand UGC collection by enabling new review channels such as Electrolux apps and external platforms (e.g., Trustpilot).
• Collaborate with Product Line and technical teams (EDEN & Brandsite) to improve review sharing, product grouping logic, and review transfer processes for new product launches.
• Support the onboarding of new review platforms in existing and emerging markets, ensuring readiness, budget alignment, and cost optimization with platforms like Feefo, Reevo, FlixMedia, etc.
• Support the enablement of Ratings & Reviews and Question & Answer modules for new markets. Lead contract negotiations with review suppliers for service expansion.
• Deliver actionable insights from consumer reviews to inform product improvements, content optimization, outbound personalization strategies, and support consumer services/contact center agents with timely responses to consumer reviews/complaints.
**Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, social media, or website activation, ideally within the FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industries.
• Experience working with ratings & reviews, social media content, or consumer feedback.
• Strong technical understanding and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or PIM/DAM systems, and the ability to manage technical implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from large data sets to drive business improvements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
