About the Role As a Logistics & Consumer Complaints Associate, you play a crucial role in the Supply Chain team. You receive and handle consumer complaints, ensure the Track & Trace process is followed, and support the order to cash process. You see each customer contact as an opportunity to create a positive experience and contribute to JTI's brands being perceived as reliable and professional. Key Responsibilities • Receive and handle consumer complaints via email and telephone • Communicate with factories regarding samples and evaluations • Support and ensure correct handling of the Track & Trace process for sales teams • Administrative support for PO and GR in SAP • Back-up and support in the Order to Cash process Requirements and Qualifications Requirements: • Work experience in service-related tasks • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of English Preferred: • Experience in complaint handling and customer service • Experience with SAP Personal Characteristics You enjoy interacting with people, have a genuine service focus, and see solutions rather than problems. You are meticulous, organized, and quick to learn new systems. You view complaints and feedback as valuable input and enjoy contributing to customer satisfaction and efficient processes.
