The Role of Payroll Consultant with Us In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will primarily provide support to all our employees and managers to assist them with collective agreement issues. Cases that come to us from managers and employees are handled either by phone or digitally through our case management system, Artvise. We administer and verify the materials that form the basis for payroll calculations, from hiring to termination. Your tasks will also include correcting incorrect payroll, managing monitoring lists and controls, as well as administering certificates/income requests and developing our processes. Your Profile You are a person who engages with others in a accommodating manner and is attentive to your surroundings. You have a strong ability to deliver tasks with precision and enjoy collaborating in a team. You can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and have the willingness and ability to acquire new knowledge. You are accustomed to working with a customer-focused approach. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability will be given significant importance. We are looking for someone who has: - Experience in payroll administration or has studied to become a payroll consultant. - Experience working with administrative systems. It is an advantage if you have: - Knowledge of interpreting collective agreements. - Familiarity with our systems Personec P and Medvind. - Experience in financial administration within payroll management. Learn more about us The Payroll Center is part of the Service Administration and provides internal services for the municipality's operations. We consist of 19 employees and are responsible for processing approximately 9,000 payrolls each month for all municipal departments. Kungsbacka Municipality is actively working on digitalization, and the Payroll Center is at the forefront with digital processes in payroll management, such as digital employment contracts and e-services. We are also working on automating repetitive processes and continually strive to develop our working methods and processes.
