Payroll Consultant and System Administrator

We are now looking for a Payroll System Administrator who wants to step into this world, and perhaps it already feels like it could be you. **About the Role – Close to People and Close to Operations** In this role, you will work practically with payroll processes from start to finish alongside a payroll colleague, and you will also serve as the system administrator for our HR and payroll system HR+8, as well as for the time reporting system Medvind. Our HR department needs support with its system administration, and you will be their resource based on your expertise. We are on a digitalization journey together with HR where you will have the opportunity to influence the outcomes. You will work closely with HR and finance, becoming a go-to person for managers and colleagues when something needs to be clarified or further developed within our HR systems. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** - Managing and developing our payroll system HR+8. - Administering payrolls, knowing that every detail matters to someone. - Maintaining close communication with our system providers, primarily Visma and CGI. - Supporting managers with both small and large issues. - Participating in projects that make our everyday operations smoother and more digital at Stora Sköndal. **We Expect That You:** - Have experience working as a system administrator for payroll systems. - Have experience managing payroll processes from start to finish. - Hold a post-secondary education in payroll. - Enjoy solving problems and appreciate when people turn to you for assistance. - Can work independently but also value being part of a team. - Have a warm, unpretentious, and engaged demeanor. **Desirable Qualifications:** - If you have studied system administration at a post-secondary level. - If you have experience in payroll work within healthcare. **Your Systems with Us:** Payroll system HR+8, time reporting system Medvind, personnel system Lasia.
