You will ensure that customers receive accurate information and professional service while managing cases with responsibility and structure. About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until March 31, 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment. The assignment period will serve as a mutual trial period where you, as a consultant, have the same security as an employee. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an important part of an engaged team where collaboration and pace go hand in hand. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries via phone and email, averaging 7-12 calls per day. You will ensure that each case is registered and updated accurately in the systems and that customers always receive clear and up-to-date information. To resolve cases quickly and efficiently, you will work closely with internal functions such as dispatch and diagnostics. Your contribution makes a difference; through professional service and rapid solutions, you help create a customer experience that is truly appreciated. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of remote work 0-2 days per week in the long term. • You will be an important part of an engaged team where collaboration and pace are central. • Handle customer contacts via phone and email, averaging 7-12 calls per day. • Register and update cases in our systems with high accuracy. • Ensure that customers always receive clear and up-to-date information. • Work closely with internal functions such as dispatch and diagnostics to resolve cases quickly and efficiently. • Contribute to a customer experience that is appreciated through professional service and rapid solutions. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Some years of experience in customer service. • An interest in IT and/or technology is a plus. • Good system proficiency and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and diligence in their work. You ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time, even when the pace is high. At the same time, you have a natural sense of service and enjoy helping others. You are structured and meticulous, capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously without losing focus. Your communication is clear and professional, both verbally and in writing, and you build trust with customers. You are solution-oriented and take the initiative to find the best possible solutions. Collaboration is important to you; you contribute to a positive team climate and support your colleagues. Additionally, you have patience and can remain calm even in more challenging situations.
