Chef Wanted for Terrazen – Seasonal Restaurant on the West Coast
Are you an engaged chef with a sense for flavors and an eye for quality? We are looking for someone who wants to help develop Terrazen – a restaurant where we combine good food, comfort, and a vibrant concept.
About the Position
The position is available Friday to Sunday during the period of November to April, after which the opening hours will extend to five days a week in preparation for the summer season. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for extension and increased responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the Terrazen concept.
- Ensure high quality, good hygiene, and an efficient kitchen workflow.
- Take responsibility for planning, preparation, and execution of evening service.
- Manage orders, ingredients, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the service team to create a cohesive experience for guests.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 4 years of experience as a chef, preferably from à la carte or seasonal restaurants.
- Is self-driven, responsible, and flexible.
- Has a genuine interest in food and a sense for flavor and presentation.
- Thrives in a smaller team and can take individual responsibility in the kitchen.
- Can work evenings and weekends during the low season and more days during the summer.
