About this role

At DNB Carnegie's headquarters in the heart of Stockholm City, we create a welcoming dining experience for approximately 250–300 employees every day. We operate a restaurant and cafĂ© with a focus on quality and care, and we are also responsible for catering and meals for the representation floor. The assignment is broad and varied, in close collaboration with our client. The restaurant is KRAV-certified, which influences our work and our choices in the kitchen. **About the Role** As the Head Chef at Sabis DNB Carnegie, you will play a central and significant role in our operations. You will be responsible for planning and executing the daily operations, which naturally includes lunches for the representation floors, catering, and staff lunches. The job may also require you to be on-site some evenings, and you need to be flexible and accustomed to handling rapid changes. You will work closely with the site manager and have overall responsibility for all cooking, purchasing, and planning. The role also includes personnel responsibility for a strong, knowledgeable, and self-sufficient kitchen team that is passionate about cooking and excellent service. A key part of the position is to develop dishes and menus, focusing on both quality and economy. You will be a key person in representing the restaurant and building long-term relationships with our clients, guests, and suppliers. You will monitor and ensure that budgeted key performance indicators are met while driving the kitchen forward with commitment and professionalism. The position will commence in 2026. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone who is creative, passionate about food, and confident in your culinary skills, with extensive knowledge of various cooking styles. You have many years of experience leading kitchens that handle daily lunch operations, representation floors, and catering, and you thrive in an environment where quality, service, and structure go hand in hand.
