IT Technician Position
The IT Technician role at our client involves significant work to ensure users receive adequate IT support across various issues.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Installing, configuring, and performing ongoing maintenance of IT equipment.
• Assisting with installation and uninstallation of desktop and laptop computers with predefined setups.
• Diagnosing and resolving user problems either directly or through remote tools.
• Managing support tickets in ticket management systems and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Documenting and reporting technical problems and solutions to internal and external teams.
To succeed in this role, fundamental knowledge is required in the following areas:
• Active Directory
• SSCM
• Office 365
• Ticket management systems, such as ServiceNow
• Networking
• User support (troubleshooting software and hardware issues)
• Reporting and documentation
We are seeking candidates with 2-5+ years of documented experience in similar positions, who are quick learners, proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. You work efficiently, are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and enjoy working both independently and in teams.
• Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.
• A 6-month probationary period will be applied.
