Our client in Stockholm is now looking for an IT Support Technician – On Site who thrives in a dynamic environment where a lot is happening and where you can take on significant responsibility. The role is already functioning well but has great potential for growth and expansion. For the right person, there are opportunities to develop in areas such as infrastructure, networking, and user support in a security-protected "red" IT environment. **About the Role** As an IT Support Technician – On Site, you will be one of the key faces of IT. You will provide support directly to users via walk-ins, deskside support, phone, and service portal. You will also work on setting up new workstations, conference technology, inventory management, and site visits at various locations in Stockholm. The workday is dynamic and varied. Mornings may focus on walk-ins and incoming cases, while afternoons often involve more project-like work or tasks within other parts of the IT environment. You will work closely with a colleague in the same role, and together you will contribute to a high level of internal service. **Your Responsibilities:** The work may include, but is not limited to: - Providing On Site support via walk-in center/deskside support, phone, and service portal - Managing and configuring user devices via Microsoft Intune - Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues on-site - Installing, configuring, and maintaining: - Conference room equipment - Computers - Mobile phones - Printers - Other technical devices - Installing and updating software, operating systems, and applications - Setting up new workstations for new hires and existing employees - Managing logistics, inventory, and stock of IT equipment - Providing site-based support at various locations in Stockholm - Contributing to work related to infrastructure, networking, or secure IT environments (in the long term) **Requirements and Qualifications:** - Post-secondary IT/technical education or equivalent experience - Experience in practical IT support or as an IT technician - Good knowledge of workplace services and Microsoft 365 - Technical skills in iOS and Android - Swedish citizenship **Meritorious:** - Experience with Jira Service Management - Familiarity with ITIL - Knowledge of AV technology - B driver's license **Who Are You?** We are looking for someone who is service-minded, has strong collaboration skills, and works independently.
