At the Swedish Medical Products Agency, IT Support is more than just cables and buttons. It involves conversations, collaboration, and small miracles in everyday life. We are looking for someone who enjoys making a difference – with both heart and mind.
Our Operations
At the IT unit of the Swedish Medical Products Agency, we participate in the entire lifecycle – from idea, architecture, and design to development, testing, deployment, management, incident handling, and user support. Our IT unit consists of over 100 dedicated employees with diverse backgrounds and skills. Together, we take a comprehensive approach to the agency's IT needs and continuously develop our working methods, technologies, tools, and collaboration – both within teams and with the organization. Our goal is to deliver accessible, stable, and secure IT support that makes a difference.
The IT support team currently consists of 11 individuals who provide assistance to the agency's internal users, including two who work as digitalization coaches. We now need to expand our team with an additional IT Support Technician who wants to help our users with all aspects of IT, collaborating with colleagues in the group and the unit.
