**Assignment Description**
Our client is currently seeking a support technician for a 50% position with varying hours.
You will work as a first-line support technician, assisting users via phone, email, or on-site with IT-related issues. Your responsibilities will also include registering cases, managing accounts in Active Directory, and troubleshooting in a Windows environment and applications. The assignment will take place on-site in central Stockholm. The main user-facing support tasks include:
• Activating accounts
• Password management
• Importing and exporting data
• Receiving cases via phone and case management systems
• Providing user support for IT-related inquiries via phone or on-site
**Mandatory Requirements:**
• Experience providing user support for commonly used software.
• Experience working in a case management system
**Desirable Requirements:**
• Experience in roles regulated by the Security Protection Act
**Personal Attributes:**
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
• Genuine interest in technology
• Service-oriented with a strong desire to assist and provide support
• Pedagogical approach
• Flexibility regarding working hours
**Other:**
• Swedish citizenship
• Security clearance will be required as the work involves security protection
