IT Support Specialist - 24/7 Infrastructure Monitoring
For our client, we are now seeking a candidate for the IT Support department.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring, analysis, and resolution of technical alarms and incidents within the client's infrastructure to ensure high availability and stable operations, with a focus on rapid service restoration. The role also includes ServiceDesk responsibilities outside office hours and incident coordination.
The assignment requires staffing according to a three-shift schedule, which means working around the clock, seven days a week (24/7). Shifts are distributed from Monday to Sunday, and the consultant is expected to work a rotating schedule with morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Requirements:
• 4-8 years of experience in IT support/customer service.
• Suitable IT background from academic education and/or professional experience.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and operational environments.
• Knowledge of networks, databases, and backup systems.
• Experienced in handling, evaluating, and documenting technical alarms and incidents. ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Ability to work systematically according to established processes and regulations.
• Humble and responsible team player who enjoys collaborative work.
• Accountable and proactive - Takes ownership of cases until resolved or properly handed over.
• Can act quickly during urgent operational disruptions without losing focus.
