The Role of HR Strategist As an HR Strategist focused on leadership development and change management, you will play a vital role in Region Jönköping County's efforts to become Sweden's best public employer with the best workplaces in the country. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Region Jönköping County's overarching work on leadership and management development. You are an expert in the field and, with an HR perspective, you will ensure that our leaders have the best conditions to continue developing and growing with us, while meeting the needs of our citizens. As an HR Strategist, you will lead and participate in the development and implementation of guidelines, processes, and methods. You will lead and carry out projects and investigative assignments, as well as conduct analyses and follow-ups. The work involves continuously improving work processes, providing support to the organization, and contributing to the development of the organization's HR efforts. The HR Director owns the HR processes, and as an HR Strategist, you will be responsible for these processes. You will be part of the HR department led by the HR Development Manager, your immediate supervisor. You will spend part of your assignment in the Leadership and Organizational Development section at Qulturum, Region Jönköping County's center for development, where you will contribute to the development of content, methods, and structures for leadership programs from an HR perspective. In addition to collaborating within Region Jönköping County, you will also have contacts with strategists in other regions and participate in national and regional networks to contribute to knowledge exchange and environmental monitoring. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with start date to be agreed upon. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR or equivalent education, along with several years of experience in qualified HR work focusing on leadership and management development. You have a good understanding of HR processes and change management, and preferably experience in leading projects or driving development work in a larger organization.
