About the Role
We are now seeking an experienced and strategic HR Senior Recruiter for an international company in the technology and innovation sector. You will play a central and advisory role in a global organization that operates in a rapidly changing environment. The assignment involves supporting the organization's corporate functions and ensuring high quality in recruitment deliveries.
Responsibilities
As an HR Senior Recruiter, you will:
• Be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from requirement profiling and sourcing to interviews and hiring.
• Advise and support hiring managers at both local and global levels.
• Actively engage in headhunting, talent attraction, and long-term pipelining efforts.
• Ensure that recruitment is conducted professionally, inclusively, and in line with the company's strategies for diversity and talent management.
• Work data-driven and provide insights that improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for corporate, specialist, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience working with complex and hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience in international or matrix-driven organizations.
• Strong search and headhunting skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
