The HR unit within the Employment and Social Administration is now seeking an additional HR Partner who wants to contribute professional HR support to the administration's managers.
About the role and your responsibilities
As an HR Partner within the Employment and Social Administration, your role is closely tied to the operations where you provide qualified support in both operational and strategic matters across all HR processes. With an ear to the operations, you identify needs and find viable paths and partners for collaboration.
We work proactively and are partners to managers and management teams within the administration, where we drive, implement, and follow up on the municipality's HR processes. As HR Partners, we provide professional, operation-oriented support in HR-related matters in close collaboration with the administration's managers. We value a coaching approach in our dialogues.
All HR Partners also actively contribute HR expertise to change initiatives and participate in municipality-wide development projects and networks within HR. Together, we contribute to the development of our HR processes. We offer you a development-oriented and qualified role in an engaged HR unit where we leverage our diverse competencies and learn from each other.
We are looking for you
We are looking for someone with a relevant higher education degree in HR or personnel science, or an equivalent qualification as assessed by the employer. You have experience in broad operational HR work, preferably from a politically governed organization. In addition, we would like you to have experience and interest in working with issues related to labor law, wage formation, and working hours.
Through a proactive and coaching approach and strong communication skills, you drive change in a pedagogical manner. You are attentive and responsive to needs, and with courage, creativity, and good collaboration skills, you contribute to development.
You easily build relationships and enjoy networking and having many areas of collaboration. You are curious and engaged, with good communication skills in the Swedish language.

About the workplace
The HR unit currently consists of three HR Partners and one HR Manager but is now expanding with an additional HR Partner to meet and support the development occurring within the Employment and Social Administration due to the new Social Services Act.
The unit provides operational support to the Employment and Social Administration and is organizationally part of the HR department at the Municipal Office.
Approximately 400 employees work within strategic functions at the Municipal Office. Together, we ensure that the municipality is an efficient and modern organization.
