Our client Westinghouse is in an intensive phase with several HR-related projects and is now seeking an experienced HR Consultant who can contribute expertise and drive. The focus is on Compensation & Benefits, but other HR processes may also be involved.
Job Responsibilities
As an HR Consultant, you will have a key role in driving projects that make a real difference. You will:
• Lead projects within Compensation & Benefits, including:
• Review of job evaluations and salary structure according to Mercer IPE methodology.
• Develop policies and processes that strengthen our organization.
• Contribute to other HR areas such as talent management and work environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project activities – from start to finish.
• Ensure high-quality deliveries and report status to HR Manager.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Who are you?
• You have a university degree in HR/Personnel Administration or equivalent.
• You have documented experience in HR project management and good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience working in international organizations is meritorious.
• You are self-driven, structured, and have strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
The HR Consultant position is a consulting assignment. The position is part of our personnel leasing, which means you will be employed by Adecco but work at the client's site. The employment is 50-100%. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs for 6 months.
