"We are in a phase of development" Natasha Anderberg, Country HR Director Sweden, describes the upcoming year as a crucial period for the continued development of the HR organization. The new HR Generalist will step into a context where collaboration is central, and each competency contributes to the whole. "We are entering a period where we will develop and simplify our HR processes together. Therefore, we need someone who is eager to bring energy and drive both the ongoing work and our development initiatives forward," says Natasha. That could become a larger part of your responsibilities. Do you have experience in employer branding or internal communication? That will be accommodated. Are you strong in recruitment or process improvement? Then the role will be partially built around that. "We leverage the competencies that each employee brings. Therefore, the role is partially tailored based on your experience. We are looking for someone who wants to translate their skills into practical development work," concludes Natasha.
