Your responsibilities As an HR Business Partner at Mantena, you will work with the full range of HR issues, both operationally and strategically. This means that you will: • Be responsible for labor law, rehabilitation, and union collaboration. • Drive MBL processes and other union dialogues. • Coach and advise managers and leaders on HR issues. • Conduct recruitments and support managers in selection processes. • Follow up and quality assure payroll and time reports. • Be responsible for onboarding, training planning, and contacts with vocational colleges. Worth noting Your workplace will be Mantena's maintenance depot in Hässleholm, where you will work closely with the organization's 150 employees, consisting of both salaried and hourly workers. You will be part of the Nordic HR team and report to the Group Director of HR & KHMS based in Norway, as well as the CEO of the Swedish organization. You will play a key role in Mantena Sweden's management alongside seven other key individuals. There is some opportunity for remote work by agreement and considering the business needs, but most of the work will take place on-site in Hässleholm. Mantena is connected to the Traffic Agreement for rail traffic and has a good collaboration with trade union partners such as SEKO, ST, and Sveriges Ingenjörer. You will have an important role in union collaboration. Our expectations We are looking for someone with solid experience in broad HR work, particularly in labor law and union relations. You have previously worked closely with operations and leaders, preferably in a production environment or within the industry. You are confident in handling union collaboration, rehabilitation cases, and workplace issues. You know how to create structure, drive progress, and ensure compliance in HR processes. We see that you thrive in working independently, but at the same time, you have a good ability to collaborate in a Nordic team. You are a confident person who combines a coaching approach with the ability to set demands and drive change. Building trust, creating structure, and helping managers grow in their leadership is something that motivates you. You communicate well in Swedish and English, and it is a plus if you understand Norwegian. The role includes HR responsibility for the operations in Hässleholm with powers equivalent to an HR manager, but with the title of HR Business Partner. Interested?
