We are looking for an experienced and unpretentious HR BP/Manager for a 100% consulting assignment. You will play a key role in our client's organization and work closely with the management team on both strategic and operational matters. You will be part of the management team and report to the Head of Communication & Culture with a dotted line to the CEO. Responsibilities
About the Role
In this broad role, you will be responsible for supporting the business in everything from overarching HR strategies and corporate changes to daily administrative tasks. You will particularly work on issues related to policy, labor law, and structure. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in larger change processes, particularly with experience in M&A.
We apply an "office first" principle, which means that the majority of working hours will be spent in the office. For leaders and other key personnel, it is especially important to be present on-site and set a good example in daily operations.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Degree in HR
• Senior HR professional with documented experience of significant corporate changes
• Financial background, preferably from banking or equivalent
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar HR role within banking
• At least 3 years of work experience in or close to management teams, supporting strategic issues
• At least 3 years of work experience in M&A
• Strong expertise in HR structure, policy work, and labor law
• Unpretentious and comfortable combining strategic tasks with ongoing administrative work
• Swedish and English - very good proficiency in both spoken and written
Meritorious:
• Previous experience working for a subsidiary in a corporate group.
