**About the Assignment**
We are looking for a structured and service-oriented person for a consulting assignment with a client in the real estate industry, located in Farsta. You will be employed by us and work on behalf of the client, taking full responsibility for tenant-driven apartment maintenance and additional services. The role involves broad responsibilities for customer contact, orders, follow-up, and development of offerings—with a focus on both customer benefit and business professionalism.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide professional information and service to tenants and colleagues
* Manage orders, request and schedule work with contractors
* Follow up on outstanding orders and conduct operational meetings
* Handle invoicing and financial follow-up, including reports for budget, forecasts, and pricing
* Drive and develop the service offerings
* Participate in procurement and contract follow-up
* Contribute to improvement work and business development
* Monitor statistics
* Document offerings, price lists, agreements, and orders
* Collaborate on HLU and additional service displays
* Actively contribute to the unit achieving its goals

The work will initially take place on-site to ensure a good introduction. Remote work options are available after the introduction.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* High school diploma
* At least 1 year of experience in financial work or education in finance
* Experience handling orders related to contracts and invoicing
* At least 3 years of experience in qualified customer service work with independent case responsibility
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with at least 7 different programs/systems
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Experience with Fast2
* Familiarity with rental administration
* Experience in the real estate industry
