We are now looking for a Night Front Office Staff member at Home Hotel Victoria in Jönköping, who wants to become part of our family.
As part of the Front Office team at Home Hotel, you are the heart of the guest experience – you welcome, guide, and ensure that every stay begins and ends in the best way possible. You create a warm and personal atmosphere where guests feel genuinely at home. With your energy, attention to detail, and natural ability to make people feel seen and appreciated, you help make every stay special.
We are now seeking a responsible and service-oriented Night Receptionist to join our team! As a Night Receptionist, you are responsible for the hotel during the night. You work independently and have overall responsibility for ensuring that operations run smoothly – from taking care of our guests to managing practical routines.
Your tasks include, among others:
• Serving at the bar.
• Cleaning public areas and conference rooms.
• Preparing breakfast for the next day.
• Check-ins and check-outs as well as booking management.
• Conducting security rounds and alarm procedures.
You ensure that our guests receive the best possible care. Work shifts are scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. You have good computer skills or are willing to learn. You take great responsibility for your tasks and ensure they are performed with high quality.
Your responsibilities also include:
• Welcoming each guest with a warm and personal approach, ensuring their first and last impressions are unforgettable.
• Being the obvious contact person for guests and offering assistance, recommendations, and anything that contributes to a homely experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.
This is a permanent position at approximately 82% with a start date to be agreed upon. The role involves night work every other week.

Bonus points for:
• Experience in hotel reception or other types of customer service.
• Experience with Mews or other hotel booking systems.
