About the Role
As a Facility & Maintenance Consultant, you will take ownership of structuring maintenance cases and the overall performance of our CMMS platform. You will play a key role in strengthening structure, transparency, and efficiency in our maintenance operations, ensuring swift handling, clear follow-up, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will manage supplier communication, drive internal training, and act as a key contributor to the development of our maintenance processes across markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all maintenance cases are logged, prioritized, and assigned in the CMMS for swift handling
• Own and manage the CMMS platform and ensure accurate, up-to-date case information
• Drive internal training for shop managers and support functions on how to use the platform
• Identify and implement platform improvements to increase efficiency and usability
• Manage supplier communication, ensuring clear agreements, timely follow-up, and quality of performed work
• Share insights from recurring issues and breakdowns to improve equipment choices and preventive maintenance
• Act as a key stakeholder in the continuous development of maintenance processes across markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, construction, and IT
What We Are Looking For
• Experience working with facility management, maintenance coordination, or similar operational roles
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CMMS platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive mindset
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across functions
• Fluent in English. Additional Nordic or European languages are a plus
It is a plus if you have:
• Experience from multi-site retail, F&B, or hospitality environments
• Experience working with suppliers and external service providers
• Experience in process development and digital transformation within maintenance or facility management
