About this role

We are now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented financial assistant for a 15-month consulting assignment replacing parental leave. The position is located daily in Spånga at an international company within the electronics and industrial sector. About the Role As a financial assistant, you will work broadly with supplier and customer accounts receivable, ongoing accounting, and support during financial closing. The role is central to ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes. You will become part of a small team where collaboration, structure, and precision are crucial. Your Responsibilities Daily Tasks: • Scan supplier invoices in Verify and manage approval workflows • Allocate supplier invoices to the correct account, cost center, profit center, and project • Process invoices in E-approval and remind approvers as needed • Book customer payments and monitor the finance department's email • Send customer invoices, including special invoices and uploads in customer portals (e.g., Ericsson's SAP portal) • Handle mail (collection and delivery) • Approve payments in bank, both file-based and manual • Follow up on Workflow processes in Jeeves Weekly: • Send payment reminders via email or phone to customers in both Sweden and Denmark Monthly: • Invoice manual invoices and service agreements • Reconcile supplier accounts, customer accounts, and bank accounts • Revalue foreign currency accounts during month-end closing • Contribute to balance reconciliations during monthly and year-end closing As Needed: • Set up new suppliers and customers in Jeeves • Support the Danish company with scanning, allocation, and payments Your Profile We are seeking someone who has: • At least two years of experience working as a financial assistant • Good knowledge of the Jeeves business system and excellent Excel skills • Ability to express yourself fluently in English, both verbally and in writing • A precise, structured, and self-driven work style • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, especially during month-end closing • A down-to-earth approach and a strong desire to contribute to the team's common goals Assignment Information: Location: Spånga, work performed on-site every day Duration: 15 months (consulting assignment) Start: By agreement If this role sounds like the right next step for you – don't hesitate to submit your application today!
