About the Position
As the E-commerce Coordinator, you will belong to the finance department, where you will work closely with the finance manager and a team of experienced and supportive colleagues. The department consists of 14 people and is characterized by a safe, trusting, and helpful climate.
Hallstahammar Municipality collaborates with the procurement unit of Sala Municipality, which is responsible for the municipality's procurements. Therefore, your role will involve close cooperation with Sala in the daily work related to purchasing and e-commerce, while also supporting Hallstahammar's organization in matters related to the purchasing process and system support.
Your Responsibilities
• Administer and ensure that Visma Proceedo is kept up to date.
• Provide support to the entire organization on issues related to e-orders.
• Be the first point of contact with Sala Municipality's procurement unit in the ongoing work concerning purchasing and e-commerce.
• Participate in the development of the municipality's purchasing processes.
• Ensure that processes for purchasing and ordering function efficiently.
• Communicate with suppliers and contribute to contract follow-up.
• Follow up, structure, and develop e-commerce routines.
• Train and support users.
Who You Are
You will work closely with Sala Municipality's procurement unit while also supporting various purchasers in Hallstahammar. To succeed, you need to be attentive, build trusting relationships, and create good collaboration both internally and externally. You enjoy contact points and find it easy to establish security and contribute to a positive culture.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in purchasing, finance, logistics, or equivalent.
• Experience with LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Experience working with e-commerce/e-orders.
• Experience with Visma Proceedo.
• Experience in the public sector or politically governed organization.
• Very good Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a similar role with system support and purchasing processes.
Meritorious
• Experience in supporting infrequent users.
• Experience in conducting training sessions.
