Chief Support in Västra Frölunda

Job Responsibilities The consultant will work closely with the current manager and function as a professional sounding board in the ongoing situation. This involves analyzing the current state, identifying communication and relational barriers, and providing support in developing strategies for constructive dialogue and conflict management. The work may also include coaching on leadership, feedback, and team dynamics. The assignment will be partially remote but requires physical meetings in Västra Frölunda. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: • At least 2 years of cumulative experience in a leadership/management position. • Documented experience in managing conflicts between managers and employees. • Ability to quickly establish trust and build a good relationship with the client. • Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. • Available to start no later than November 17, 2025. Personal Characteristics: • A clear and confident person who can create trust and support the manager in a complex situation. • Attentive, reflective, and pedagogical with a good ability to adapt coaching to individual needs. Terms • Scope: Part-time by agreement. • Period: November 17, 2025 to June 30, 2026. • Location: Västra Frölunda, partially remote. • Compensation: Hourly rate in SEK. • Extension: Possible. • Time Limitation: No time lock. • Language Requirement: Fluent in Swedish.
