Café Manager – Tegnérs Bageri Tullinge
We are currently seeking a café manager for our location in Tullinge. Over the next year, we will be expanding the premises by approximately 50 square meters and relocating the bakery and pastry production back here. This means a larger and more vibrant operation – and we need someone who wants to help drive it forward.
The Role
As the café manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the café run smoothly. This includes routines, service, sales, the team, and the product range in the café – both what is served over the counter and packaged items. Sandwiches are primarily handled by the cold kitchen, but you will collaborate with the operations manager and production manager to develop the product range.
You will spend a significant portion of your time in operations and need to enjoy this aspect of the role. At the same time, you will oversee the work in the café, create order and organization, and ensure that guests are always met with quality and a positive atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities
• Work in operations (service, cash register, dishwashing, etc.) and lead the team in daily tasks
• Ensure routines are followed – opening, closing, and maintaining order in the premises
• Plan schedules and staffing based on needs and sales
• Monitor inventory, refrigerators, displays, and orders in collaboration with the cold kitchen
• Participate in developing the product range and working methods in the café
• Drive service, sales, and a positive work environment within the team

• Has previously held a leadership role and enjoys taking responsibility
• Is structured, organized, and good at creating stability in daily operations
