As a contract controller at the Culture and Leisure Administration, you will have a strategic role with broad contact surfaces and significant responsibility. You will work closely with the management team and be part of the administration's staff, while collaborating with the municipality's other contract controllers and procurement specialists in purchasing, security, and municipal management.
You will contribute to ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in contracts related to the municipality's association life and other areas of activity. Through analysis, follow-up, and collaboration, you will prevent welfare crimes and strengthen the municipality's control functions. The role involves close cooperation with associations, managers, and central support functions – always focusing on development, transparency, and societal benefits.
We are looking for someone who wants to drive and develop our work with follow-up of all contracts within our area of operation; lease agreements and association grants. As a contract controller, you will have overall responsibility for the office's contract management and provide support to office managers and employees on contract matters.
Work tasks include:
- Plan, implement, and follow up all contracts and create a process
- Coordinate and develop the office's annual contract follow-up
- Prepare procurement documentation for procurements
- Revise existing procurement documentation as needed
- Prepare decision-making documents for the Culture and Leisure Committee
- Implement and revise the adopted procurement strategy as needed
- Negotiate with procured suppliers
- Annually develop and follow up a procurement and follow-up plan
Qualifications
- Experience working with contract follow-up, tenders, and procurements, preferably within the culture and leisure sector
- Good knowledge of regulations and governing documents in finance, law, or operational management
- Relevant education in one of the above areas
- Academic degree in a relevant field is meritorious
- Strong interest in association life, such as sports, culture, or non-profit organizations

We are located in newly renovated premises in Turebergshuset, centrally located in Sollentuna center. It is easy to access by public transportation.
