About this role
Stockholm – our capital city with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone living here today and in the future. We are now looking for someone who wants to think big, new, and differently with us – for the people of Stockholm.
The Traffic Office is responsible for maintaining and developing Stockholm's public spaces to ensure they are safe, attractive, accessible, and sustainable. Our mission includes everything from managing the existing urban environment to implementing strategic investment projects and planning for tomorrow's growing metropolis. To accomplish our mission, we are about 470 colleagues, primarily based in the newly renovated premises of the Technical Committee House on Kungsholmen. Together, we ensure that Stockholm remains a leading city with sustainable transport solutions and vibrant environments, both today and in the future.
Welcome to us
The sauna culture has long held a strong position in Sweden and our neighboring countries. In recent years, interest in saunas has increased further, and the demand for saunas in waterfront locations in Stockholm is high. Water is a central part of Stockholm's history and identity, something the city both cherishes and develops. To meet the needs of Stockholmers and increase the supply and variety of saunas, the city is now investing in sauna facilities. As part of this development, the city will run sauna operations in a municipal capacity through a pilot project – the first of its kind in Stockholm. This pilot project is an important part of the city's long-term work to enhance opportunities for bathing and sauna experiences in more locations throughout the city.
In the spring of 2026, a new meeting place will be established in the city, namely the city's first sauna operated by the municipality. This project is a pilot where the city tests running sauna operations that are accessible to all sauna enthusiasts. The operations will be continuously evaluated and developed throughout the year to achieve our vision. We are seeking a brand new key role in the form of a team leader and sauna host who focuses on customer service, loves high-quality service, and is interested in contributing their experience and expertise to ensure a professional operation of the Traffic Office's new sauna facility at Hornstull Strand.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the employed sauna hosts, i.e., the team that will be on-site, a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
You will, among other things:
• Coach the team and be responsible for training.
