We are strengthening our Business Support department and are now seeking an experienced, structured, and service-oriented administrator for our facility in Solna. As an administrator with us, you will play a central role in supporting the operations with administrative tasks and general service. You will be part of a team that works closely with colleagues across different functions and contributes to structure, efficiency, and excellent service.
Examples of tasks include:
- Incoming switchboard calls and visitor management
- Ongoing administration
- Invoice and expense management
- Archiving
- Support
- Document management
- Logbook and object management
- General service
You will document completed tasks, initiate deviation and change requests. Updating instructions is also part of the daily work. Travel may occur to a limited extent. You will work independently but under given instructions. A significant portion of your work will be performed in accordance with the quality system for pharmaceutical production GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
We are looking for someone who is structured with a strong personal drive, possesses a high sense of service, and has good problem-solving skills. You should be engaged, stress-resistant, and comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously. We expect you to be quality-conscious and meticulous in your work, as well as have good collaboration skills.

Requirements for applicants:
- At least four years of experience in administration and service
- Very good knowledge of the Office Suite
Education and Experience:
- High school education
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Experience in a coordinating role with many points of contact
- Experience with expense management and accounts payable is an advantage
