Job Responsibilities
As Administrative Manager, you are responsible for the administrative operations of the district court. This includes working with the court's finances and budget, HR issues, recruitment, as well as matters related to work environment and gender mainstreaming. You have overall responsibility for archives and documentation in the area. You are also the manager and leader of a group of court bailiffs. This leadership role involves full personnel responsibility, including conducting work meetings, employee performance reviews, salary discussions, etc. You work and collaborate closely with the court's security chief, whom you also manage.
As Administrative Manager, you are directly subordinate to the Presiding Judge (Court Director), with whom you maintain close collaboration on matters such as organizational and operational development. Due to the nature of your tasks, you have a key role and are therefore also a member of the management team. In this position, you will have numerous contacts with the Court Administration and other authorities/actors, and you will represent the district court in various contexts. You work both operationally and strategically, with responsibilities spanning multiple areas of the court's operations.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you need to:
• Have an academic degree that the employer deems relevant for the role.
• Significant professional experience in management with excellent references.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with:
• Management experience in court or other government entities deemed equivalent.
• Experience with digitized operational processes.

About Us
Ystad District Court is a court with over 40 employees. Approximately 4,200 cases and matters are processed annually, with a focus on criminal cases. The court is centrally located in Ystad with good communication links to nearby cities such as Malmö and Lund.
